Social Initiatives

HADCO is committed to the wellbeing of our employees, our environment, our community and our country at large. Through several initiatives, we contribute to various causes that seek to support and improve the health, lifestyle and economic status of recipients to achieve an overall positive impact on society.

Wellness and Recognition Committee

On June 25, 2026, HADCO officially launched its Wellness and Recognition Committee, marking an important step in strengthening its commitment to employee wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture. Guided by the vision of creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and motivated to perform at their best, the committee will champion initiatives that promote both personal wellbeing and professional growth while contributing to the organisation's continued success.

The committee will focus on four core objectives: enhancing employee wellbeing, increasing employee engagement, strengthening a culture of recognition and promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
Its programmes and activities will be driven by five key pillars: Physical and Mental Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, Recognition and Employee Appreciation, Financial Management and Employee Engagement - reflecting HADCO's ongoing investment in its people as its greatest asset.

HADCO Foundation

HADCO Foundation- Established in memory of Maria Hadad

Maria Hadad was the sister of our co-CEOs, John, Robert, and Joseph. Her kindness and spontaneous generosity toward those around her inspired the establishment of HADCO Foundation in 2017 in her memory. The main goal of the Foundation is to help employees who have suffered the consequences of a natural disaster, chronic disease, or a major illness. Contributions to the foundation are made by employees. It is through our combined resources and the generosity and compassion we have for each other that we continue to thrive.

The well-being of each member of our HADCO family is reflected in the prosperity of our organisation. This is the goal we aim to achieve and the principles we uphold through the HADCO Foundation.

Friends in The Fight

HADCO Distribution has long partnered with brands that reflect our values and are focused on making a difference. Chobani is one such brand in our portfolio. In both 2025 and 2026, Chobani was the Title Sponsor for Vitas House Hospice’s “I Walk to Remember” 5K.

Vitas House Hospice provides end-of-life care for terminally ill cancer patients, supporting them with dignity and love during this difficult diagnosis.

Chobani has generously contributed to this event and the partnership between Vitas House Hospice and Chobani directly aligns with the brand’s global mission of shaping the future of food by investing in four pillars: inclusivity, child hunger, sustainability and community wellness.

HADCO has always promoted healthy living and we constantly strive to integrate these values throughout our oraganisation. We would like to see more persons join us in our drive to lead longer, healthier lives!
