Social Initiatives
HADCO is committed to the wellbeing of our employees, our environment, our community, and our country at large. Through several initiatives implemented in the company, we contribute to various causes that seek to support and improve the health, lifestyle, and economic status of recipients to achieve an overall positive impact on society.
Wellness and Recognition Committee

On 25 June 2026, HADCO officially launched its Wellness and Recognition Committee, marking an important step in strengthening its commitment to employee wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture. Guided by the vision of creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and motivated to perform at their best, the committee will champion initiatives that promote both personal wellbeing and professional growth while contributing to the organisation's continued success.
Through its mission of enhancing employee wellbeing, fostering meaningful recognition and strengthening workplace culture, the committee will focus on four core objectives: enhancing employee wellbeing, increasing employee engagement, strengthening a culture of recognition and promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
Its programmes and activities will be driven by five key pillars: Physical and Mental Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, Recognition and Employee Appreciation, Financial Management and Employee Engagement - reflecting HADCO's ongoing investment in its people as its greatest asset.
HADCO Foundation

HADCO Foundation- Established in memory of Maria Hadad
Maria Hadad was the sister of our co-CEOs, John, Robert, and Joseph. Her kindness and spontaneous generosity toward those around her inspired the establishment of HADCO Foundation in 2017 in her memory. The main goal of the Foundation is to help employees who have suffered the consequences of a natural disaster, chronic disease, or major illness. However, the work of the Foundation does not stop there as it provides poverty and deprivation relief and assistance to communities in dire need. Contributions to the foundation are made by employees. It is through our combined resources and the generosity and compassion we have for each other that we continue to thrive.
The well-being of each member of our HADCO family is reflected in the prosperity of our Organisation. This is the goal we achieve and the principles we uphold through HADCO Foundation.
Friends in The Fight
Since 2005, General Mills/Yoplait has been donating funds in collaboration with Scotiabank for their annual 5K Walk Against Breast Cancer. HADCO Limited, the sole distributor of Yoplait in Trinidad & Tobago, has joined the fight against cancer by donating to various cancer foundations and building awareness around the cause.
HADCO has always promoted healthy living and we constantly strive to integrate our products with these values. We would like to see more persons join us in our drive to lead longer, healthier lives!

Hadco Limited Supports Our Community
HADCO Limited takes immense pride in partnering with great artists, organisations, events and causes that are integral to our community. For example, over the years we have partnered with local artiste and filmmaker Etienne Charles on some of his initiatives like Etienne Charles Carnival: The Sound of a People. We have also supported through our brands, the launch of local movies and publications, fundraising events for schools and initiatives by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
